தொடுக்கப்பட்ட இரு வழக்குகளில்
சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்ற மதுரை கிளை அளித்த
தீர்ப்பு விவரம்.
இவ்வழக்குகளில்
ஒரு வினாவுக்கு மட்டுமே விடையில்
மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.
The petitioner was supplied
with "C" series question paper
in Historysubject.He challenges
the question
Nos.7, 17, 53, 58, 82 and 90 in
"C" series.
Question No.90 which reads as
follows;
"90.By virtue of which Act
dyarchy was introduced in
India?
(A)Government of India Act,
1909
(B)Government of India Act,
1919
(C)Government of India Act,
1935
(D)Government of India Act,
1947".
According to the TRB key
answer, boththe options "B" &
"C" are the correct Answers. But,
the learned counsel for the
petitioner would submit that
option"B" alone is the correct
answer.
JUDGEMENT :
"B" alone is the correct answer
FOR Q NO .7, 17, 53, 58, AND 82
IN "C" series TRB KEY ANSWER IS
CORRECT
Board to revalue the question
No.90in"C" series (History
subject) and the same question
in other series also and award
marks only for those
candidates,who have optioned
"B" as the correct answer.
CASE 2
The challenge in this writ
petition is to the key answers to
certain questions in History
subject. The petitioner has
challenged the key answers of
question Nos.48 & 50 in "A"
series.
