*Pay Panel recommends 16% hike in salary of Govt Staff


*Pay Panel recmmends 24% hike in pension of govt staff

*Pay Panel recommends annual increment of 3%

*Pay Panel recommends Minimum Salary of 18,000/-month & Maximum will be 2.25 lakh

*Fitment formula is 2.57

*Report to be impemented from January 1 , 2016

*Have abolished 52 allowances, Grade pay and Pay band

*Overall increase in Pay & allowances and pension will be 23.55%
