1. Government in their G.O.220 School Education Department dated 10-11-2008 and G.O.Ms.No.153, School Education Department, dated 03.06.2010 have ordered the Teachers Recruitment Board to recruit Secondary Grade Teachers under the Special Rules for the Tamilnadu Elementary Educational Subordinate Services for Standards I to V in Elementary / Middle Schools. Based on the Government Orders the Commissionarate of Employment and Training has sponsored the candidates according to their registration seniority. Further as per the interim directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) Nos.18227-18228/2008 and the above mentioned Government Orders. applications are invited from eligible candidates.

2. Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2800
3. The Estimated Vacancies will be as follows and they can be altered at any point of time:
5. Communal Reservation: 26.5% for Backward Class,3.5% for Backward Class Muslim 20% for Most Backward Class, 15% for Scheduled Caste, 3% for Scheduled Caste Arunthathiyar and 1% for Scheduled Tribe candidates and 31%. Open Competition vacancies will be available. The reservation of vacancies for Women will be 50%. 3% will be earmarked for Physically Handicapped (Ortho).
6. Qualifications: SSLC upto 31.5.1989 and Higher Secondary Course from 01.06.1989 along with Diploma in Teacher Education awarded by Govt. of Tamilnadu or its equivalent.
7. Employment Registration: Only those candidates who have registered in any of the Employment Exchanges in the
   State and who hold updated registration card, are eligible to apply for the posts.
8. Age: Candidates should not be over 57 years as on 01.07.2011, as the age of superannuation is 58 years.
9. Availability of Application forms: The I.C.R. application forms will be available at all the District Elementary Educational Officers of the concerned districts from 14.11.2011 at free of cost. The Commissionarate of Employment and Training, has already sponsored the names of eligible candidates at the ratio 1:5 for Certificate Verification. The list of sponsored candidates and the cut off date for each communal turn is posted in the Teachers Recruitment Board website http://trb.tn.nic.in . If any of the candidate’s names not found in the list but their date of registration falls within the cut off date in their respective communal turn they may immediately approach their employment exchange and obtain a certificate regarding their date of seniority and community. They should produce the certificate obtained from Employment Exchange to the District Elementary Educational Officer and get the I.C.R. Application form.
10. Submission of filled-in application: The filled in application should be submitted to the District Elementary Educational Officers, where applications are already obtained on or before 23.11.2011 by 5.45 p.m.
11. Mode of Selection : Selection will be made based on communal reservation and date of registration in the employment exchange. Seniority of Registration will be considered strictly.
12. Allotment of candidates: After selection, candidates will be allotted to the Directorate of Elementary Education for appointment and to be posted in any of the districts.
13. Transfer : Candidates selected and appointed in a particular school within a District cannot aspire for or seek transfer to another School outside the district.
14. General Instructions: It is informed that the vacancies noted above are only tentative and can be altered at any point of time. It is informed that as per said interim directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the above mentioned Government Orders advertisement is given but selection will be based on communal reservation and date of registration in the Employment Exchange.     மேற்கண்ட அறிவிப்பினை தற்போது உள்ள அரசு பொறுப்பேற்றவுடன் வேலைக்காக கனவுகளோடு இருந்த இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி முடித்தவர்களை ஆசையோடு அழைத்து சான்றிதழ்  சரிபார்ப்பு நடத்திவிட்டு,வீட்டிற்கு செல்லும்முன் உங்கள் பணி நியமன ஆணை உங்கள் வீடு  தேடி வரும்,என்றவுடன் பணிக்காக காத்திருந்தவர்களின் முகத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட மகிழ்ச்சி பற்றி உங்களுக்கு சொல்ல தேவை இல்லை.ஆனால்,இன்று வரை அப்பணியிடம் நிரப்பப் படவில்லை.

    சரி,அவரவர் ஆட்சி மாற்றம் வந்தவுடன்,சரி இனி பதவி ஏற்ற அரசு என்ன மாதிரியான நடைமுறைகளை இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணியிட தேர்விற்கு பின்பற்ற போகிறதோ? என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்புடன் இருந்த வேளையில்,வீட்டு கதவைத்தட்டி சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பிற்கு வாருங்கள்,என ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டிலும் ஒரு சந்தோசமான சூழலையும்,தன மகனுக்கு வேலை கிடைக்கப்போகிறது,படித்து பலவருடங்கள் கழித்து தற்போதய அரசு ஆசிரியர் பணி கொடுக்கப்போகிறது என ஒவ்வொரு பெற்றோரும்,கண்ணீர் மல்க சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பிற்கு அனுப்பி வைத்தனர்.ஆனால் அந்த சந்தோசம் நிலைக்கவில்லை.
    வழக்கு இருக்கிறது என்றால்,அதனை கனிவுடன் அரசு பரிசீலித்து வழக்கினை விரைந்து முடிக்க ஏங்குகிறது பலமனம்.
